Good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, pantry staples, and to-go food. Prices are lower than the nearly Superstore but selection is also a little more limited given the smaller store size. Staff are relatively helpful and friendly as well.
Best place in town to pick up a quick lunch. Awesome selection of premade sandwiches and other good stuff. Always well stocked and decent prices.
Everything is great with this store from supplies and other staff except this new cashier name Varun! Very aggressive,confrontational and utterly rude! He swore in his local language while asking about the posted price vs till price side he had to go to shelf to check it. I need a sincere apology from him and assurances of no future such encounters from him! I’ve lodged a complaint with “Ayushi” on the evening of Sunday Nov 27,2022! My contact info has been shared with her as well. I’d not hesitate to escalate this further either with Mr.Wyke or HR or possibly with human rights possibly if no actions are taken in timely manners. 1 star is for poor service. I assure to delete this review after rectification.
Excellent store. Well managed, helpful staff, I love that they carry local products and have great produce. Bakery is great too!
Fresh food and neat supermarket staff are friendly but cashier not much talkative or informative. Need to have more selection of fresh spice like galangal etc

Their promotion of local products would be enough to get me to shop here. Good selection and prices, and great staff, make the choice even easier.
I really like this Store the best. Except for someone having a bad day which we all do, the staff is fantastic. They also have staff. Other stores cant keep staff. Usually when they do, i'm told they just don't show up. Supertore shelves are always empty. Save on has very little front end pleasant staff and nothing is out early like deli or meat prepared fresh individually for smallest portions or already marinated. Great man who runs it through. Bakery great too
Loaded up and big like large city grocers and surprisingly, priced only slightly higher? A handful of large full supply grocers in town so lots of choice if you dont find what you want.
We do our weekly shopping at Independent. It provides most of what we need, and I like that they provide local products such as fresh produce when available. I wish they carried a wider variety of cheeses and that some of the asian products were not so often out of stock. I like the way things are organized in an intuitive way - it is not too big of a store, so you can get all your groceries in a reasonable amount of time without walking a mile through a gigantic store. Manager is accessible and is often on the floor answering clients' concerns and questions.
