The service we received today was exceptional. I have not received such good service in a long time. Chris was patient as we gathered information. We went in there with zero paper work, but he guided us through a process that allowed us to gather all the information we needed to accomplish the task we set out for today, without leaving the office. He did so with patience and kindness at the same time he provided great advice on insurance. I recommend going to this location. Chris's service was 10/10

My husband and I got our house insurance from Wyatt Dowling on Reenders. Lee Huys helped us and she was fantastic! It’s our first home and we’ve never had house insurance before. Lee took the time to explain everything and go over every option. She was patient and informative without being too pushy. She listened and cared about our needs and didn’t oversell. She made an overwhelming situation tolerable and even enjoyable. Lee is a gem!

Just sat in the regent & Plessis location. . I was greated when I walked in the door and two employees sitting at their desks making phone calls. No other customers in the office and I walked out after 8 minutes. . All I wanted to do was make a payment. . Nope.... Never going back to any of their locations.
