Worldwide Management

I have been renting from Worldwide Management since August 2019. I subletted from an acquaintance of mine and the process went off without a hitch. The office approved me in a couple days. The 2 woman I talk to at the office are professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. My apartment has a on site caretaker who is always helpful. I have blown my breaker 2 times and he helped me right away. The night the bombers won the Grey Cup i locked myself out from the building and i called him after 10 pm and he let me with a smile. We never walk out in the morning to snow banks. I always wonder what time he got up to shovel. My apartment is well over 100 years old and with that there are always issues. But this company does its best in a timely way to deal with them. There are no critter issues, thankfully as i have dealt with mice in my past rental. All around i feel like Worldwide does a great job of renting , managing, and maintaining their properties.

I’ve been living in a worldwide owned building since July 1 of this yr & so far so good. I positively LOVE my suite as it’s got beautiful character over 100yrs old and is VERY well maintained considering! I have aSunroom & a unbelievable view of the Assiniboine river as it is my backyard!! And being on the 4th floor makes it feel like I live in a tree house!! The vibe is great, & most ppl who live in my building are pretty cool, you can’t expect every tenant to be perfect ; The upkeep of the front & back of the building is phenomenal! One of the ladies who lives in our building plants flowers & takes care of the landscaping in the front, which she has an EXTREMELY GREEN THUMB lol!!! And our caretaker keeps the back yard looking great also! I know I will enjoy living here for years to come!! Good job worldwide! :D

Beware! This property management company and property manager who was taking care of the property that I was living at downtown, were ruthless, had very little people skills and an all around terrible experience. They make it impossible to sublet a property. So if you are going to sign an agreement, make sure you are 100% sure that you will be staying at the property for the ENTIRE TIME, or you are going to get screwed. They give a rental credit of $100/month for paying on time. The unit I was renting was overpriced even with the rental credit. Just to be clear, if you are one day late on any of the payments, then you will lose that rental credit on EVERY previous month. WARNING to property owners that are looking to hire a property manager. You would be doing yourself a disservice by hiring World Wide!

I have had only good times in this building and interactions with this company. They are clean, courteous, kind and also quick to respond to calls. I have lived in many cities, and they are by far the best people I have rented from. Our building community is like a family. Very grateful for this experience.

Honestly the worst company I’ve ever rented from. The caretaker is stretched too thin, the buildings are so run down and dirty. When I finally moved out I never received my damage deposit back even though I didn’t cause any damage to my apartment. And when it came time to do my taxes they tried to charge me $20 for a receipt! The ladies who work in the office are absolutely horrible and rude.
