Since day 1 the staff was very helpful, respectful and professional. Excellent customer service, reasonable price for the rent and every time I needed assistance they helped me. The resident manager was incredibly kind and helpful!

Royal realty hates kids under 6 years old... not recommended

Hands down to Jocelyn! our resident manager for being so nice and extremely friendly. She always keep the building clean and safe. She does approach tenant's concerns with urgency and take those concerns seriously. Jocelyn did an awesome job! Thank you so much Jocelyn!

I wouldn’t recommend renting off them. They take a rent discount off after 3 years during a pandemic, that means the rent was 1140$-1740$ and when asked why it was taken off I never received a proper answer. Never missed a rent payment and 1 noise complaint related to a child.
