A good place to relax, especially if you like slides. A very large selection of slides. But there is no place to go for a quiet swim or use the hydromassage.nRenting clothes lockers is quite expensive. There are no hair dryers in the family locker room. And there are no private or semi-private showers at all.nIt is quite dirty in some places.nIt's a little unclear about the single tubes, at first they were paid during the day, in the evening a bunch of free tubes of a different color appeared. Double and triple tubes are available. There is also a lack of an active screen with the schedule of the slides, because it is not always clear. I can't imagine what it would be like on weekends, because I was there on a weekday.
Visited on January 20.2025 after not having been since 2006. It wasn’t as fun as what I remembered years ago, but my children and husband had a blast.nnPros: The family and women’s change room areas were very clean, the wave pool was great, lots of comfortable seating, a good variety of slides. I also liked how the locker wrist band allowed us to easily access a locker throughout the day.nnCons: The hours were limited due to it being a week day. Despite the reduced price, it was over $200 for our family of four as we stayed just over 3 hours. Despite having pre purchased tickets, we still had to wait in a long line up. It did move fairly quickly but I remember the days of not having to wait at all.nnOverall, it was an enjoyable experience for my family, but it does add up in cost and was not quite the water park that I remember from my childhood.
Ask me last time and I would have said 5 stars. That was on a school day Oct 31, 2023nAttending Jan 2 school holiday of this year was much different. We knew to arrive before opening to line up so were some of the first in but didn’t know to rent a tube right away. Out of luck for the rest of the day. This wouldn’t be a problem if the slides requiring tubes had enough to go around, but they don’t. This is evidently and intentional choice by the pool.nI don’t know what the capacity limit is but I believe it was overcrowded yesterday to the point of being not just inconvenient, but possibly unsafe. The wave pool was very full and I saw two people with bloody noses.nPerhaps this is why the entire pool had to be cleared TWICE within a few hours. Or was someone pooping?? Either way, it took 30-40 min each time to resanitize which adds up to quite a bit of lost value given that the slides had huge wait times prior to this and once everyone was out of the pool waiting for the cleaning it was ridiculous for the slides. So we just stood and waited.nSuggestions for the company - please make tubes available for all especially since they are required for some of the attractions, not just an extra to use in the pool - we are certainly paying enough to be there. One park we attend has a very nice policy - be actively using a tube or place it in the communal pile. Staff continually walk the lounge areas and confiscate any tubes being hoarded and return them to the communal pile and guess what - everyone gets to play!nKudos to the lifeguards who had their hands full and still seemed to have a lovely attitude.
My family’s first time to come here and never disappoint us. We came saturday September 21 oh boy I thought it wont be that crowded because summer is almost done but woooh! It’s packed and full of happy families. Kids and parents are having so much fun. The parents are more excited with the slides than kiddo very safety. Lifeguards are everywhere. Dont try to violate one rule because you will get loud whistle lol. Very clean, very organized its every families get away dream. Everyone is very cooperative and well behaved. Adults can have alcohol which makes them more relax and chill oh yeah . It opens 11 til 6pm. We stayed 11 til 4 haha my kids looooved it so much and definitely we will come back. We’re from saskatoon by the way. Purchase tickets online for hassle free adults are $64 kids under 4feet $54 one time entrance, rent the tube for $9? $10. All i can say is definitely worth it and meant for family bonding
The big pool with waves is very cool. You can spend more than one hour there. Going down the slide can be exciting enough. The smell of chlorine is present, as in all pools. There are no hair dryers in the changing rooms. But we came to get a dose of adrenaline and we succeeded!
