Paid too much for something so plain. The meat was not even seasoned and the bread tasted like it was a couple days old. I will say one thing, the fries were very fresh and well seasoned.
The service is a little slow at Woody's and there is not much atmosphere except a picnic table and a mural of WoodyI'm guessing. However, the food is amazing. There are great burger options including my favorite, The Parker Special. The sides are also spectacular. This last time I had the onion rings and they were so tasty and cooked to perfection. This place is definitely worth the wait at the drive-through
I feel really bad for one of the workers there, she's so deaf of hearing that she kept not hearing what I had to say. They were all super nice though and being deaf isn't her fault. Three stars for the lack of flavor in the patties themselves and because the sprite tasted like wet cardboard for some reason. Prices are okay, $48 for two kids meals and two adult meals.
Over charged for two shakes! I just paid $24 for 2 medium shakes— banana with peanut butter flavors!!! Mediums are advertised at $7.75 with extra flavors added at $3 for a medium. Even with taxes this doesn’t add up. Plus I didn’t know I had to pay for flavor in the first place. We where told that because we got two flavors plus tax it equal $24.
Great alternative to the fast food burger chains! A little slower than what todays drive throughs normally provide but overall worth the wait. Great diverse menu with plenty of options and variety. It’s nice to sit outside and dine as well. There is no inside dining option unfortunately.Recommended dishesBurger, Bleu Cheese Burger, French Fries, Jumbo Cheeseburger Deluxe, Burger with Bacon and Avocado
Great place We're locals now, and are happy to have found a LOCALLY owned drive through burger joint amongst the overwhelming number of franchise fast food places. I had the Parker Special, a cheeseburger with bacon and avocado. Yum It's worth the extra money to get the quality, amount, choices, and actual FOOD as opposed to the far inferior "other" fast food joints. The gal was extremely friendly and personable. AND they give a puppy treat!! A little serving of ice cream with a cute little dog bone on top. Super cute.
It's gotten pretty expensive for a burger joint. The food was hot and the order was correct. BUT, the reason for less stars is our family's disappointment that they've completely stopped making I believe it is called the Boston. We are from Oregon, and we don't make it to Moses Lake often, but when we do, we used to stop for this amazing sundae-on-top-of-a-shake delight! My husband was practically giddy the first time we discovered it, and we only got to have it a couple times after, and apparently now it is no more. We've now lost our reason to make it a point to go to Woody's whenever we are in the area.
Decent grub, but way WAY OVERPRICED. They've been upping prices and cutting portion sizes for YEARS now. Highway robbery for razor thin burgers no thanks.
New to town. Ran through with the husband and kids. Line was ridiculous. Figured it must be delicious. Sadly was just ok. Will return for the slushes alone.Food: 3/5
Shake it up! I can't go to moses without a stop at woodies. The burgers are solid, as is everything else I've had from their menu, but the shakes are a cut above. Not to mention the Boston shake. Yeah I had never heard of it either, couldn't really even get my head around it. I'm glad I didn't let it stop me from trying this deliciously simple, sinful bit of genius. One of the founders favorites, so I've been told. It's is just one of woodies to notch shakes topped with a Sundae. My personal poison is a mint Oreo shake with a hot fudge sundae. The hot fudge melts it's way down into the shake, the ice cream sinks have a straw ready because there is a little work to do to keep up with displacement untill the ice cream solidifies the mixture once the fudge cools down. All I can say is that the sum is better than it's parts by themselves. Evilly delicious. So wrong, yet oh so right. I don't think many people attempt these and it's a shame. Next time you've been really good or maybe feel like being a little bad, give it a shot. Guilt never tasted so good. Btw..This review isn't sponsored or whatever. Just verbose and corny.
