This dealerships appears to know and understand that the customer satisfaction aspect is a very big deal. I was visiting from Ontario in my New 2022 Silverado High Country 3500 and had an oil leak due to a loose filter installed in Ontario I will deal with that dealer soon enough. I called Hickman motors expecting that one of the largest dealers on the island would take care of me in a timely manner. I was surprised when they told me 2 weeks I would have to wait for an appointment. I explained that I had a ferry crossing in a week. It landed on deaf uncaring ears. When I explained the same situation to Woodward I was scheduled for a Monday appointment. I called on a Friday! Awesome people ! I plan on moving to NL. I buy big expensive 3500 trucks for me and Cadillacs for my wife! Hickman motors will never see a penny from me ever!!! Woodward you have earned my trust and in turn my future business!

Great dealership. I have went there for oil changes and repairs not under warranty and always walked away happy with the service and price. That was not the case with the Ontario dealerships I had dealt with before.

I had an amazing experience with the Staff at Woodward! I came out with my truck with a bed full of Birch Beer and the staff helped me unloaded and they got my truck fixed when nobody else’s would touch it. Thank you to all your amazing staff and mechanics

I needed a master control switch for my power windows on my gmc sierra. In and out in 5 minutes. In stock and reasonably priced.

Friendly service

I've had over 1,000 dollars of work done on my car writing this review. I brought my car down to get a problem fixed with the heat shield I noticed it was loose, and asked to just get the brakes looked at. They were more than happy to do over 1,000 dollars of work on my brakes, but never fixed the heat shield, and in addition to that, charged me 30 dollars to look at it and say it was broken. Their reason for not fixing it was because they did not want to be liable for the fix. But they have no problem to be liable for my brakes. Also, I asked for a paint marker for my car, and they gave me a dark cherry marker, and insisted it was the right colour. My car is a bright red colour. When I told them that it wasn't right, they further insisted they were right, and that they would not give me a refund, even though it was their fault for giving me the wrong marker. This place is all for taking your money, but not doing work or screwing up and not fixing the problem. This is two bad experiences I've had here and I'm not about to make a third one. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Bought parts that cost around $600. Shortly after my cars engine gave out before we even opend the parts. So we tryed to return them the first guy told us we needed to talk to the manager who was on vacation. So we waited and then got to talk to them. He said he wold call us back when he gets the chance to look in to the matter for us. A week or more went by with no call so we call back and find out the manager is on holidays again and not only that we find out we cant return the parts because its been over 45 days. Word of advise dont trust these guys they are only interested taking your money and if the time comes where you want it back theh do everything in there power to provent you from getting it. Next time Ill be buying my parts from someone else.

I brought my car here, great car due to it being a chevy. However, i find the service here inadequate and wish i could have went with Hickmans instead, needless to say once I need a new car I will choose a different place.
