Went in for vehicle inspection, arrived home to find they had left the handbrake disconnected and hanging off the truck... Waited 5 weeks for Chad to order parts from Dealership. Checked in weekly and was told parts were ordered but have not arrived. Chad talks in circles and refuses to give detailed information such as estimated shipping time, where the parts shipped from, cost... Went to dealership myself and discovered they have both parts in stock regularly. Purchased on the spot and walked out the door same day. Every garage is dishonest in one way or another. Typically in an effort to make extra money from customers. I can't speak much on the mechanics yet, but Chad has proven himself to be a liar at the front desk and that's unacceptable. Will update to include further detail if necessary after the truck is worked on next week.
Honest and forthright, i just dropped in with a slow leak, and was told I needed a new tire, because of the placement of the puncture. I was quoted a price, and proceeded with the replacement. When I went to pay I asked if it was balanced and what was the recycling fee would be. All included, and checked the others for pressure as well. And the tire was not that expensive. I will be back if the need arises. Update Tuesday Jan 17/23 Came back with a different car that was saying low pressure, buddy took me in right away checked all of my tires and topped them up with air. It was all that was needed. Again Honest forthright and the price was no charge, you can't buy honesty. I will be back!
Awesome friendly service! We were travelling around the Conception Bay peninsula and got a back flat tire on our dual wheel motorhome. We tried one place and they recommended Conception tire. They fit us into an already busy schedule and plugged and patched the tire and got us on our way!
Great people, Great service, Great price. 4 new snow tires on 4 rims and out the door in 40mins. All is Good!

Great job, and I will elaborate. The guys reached out and helped me acquire special order rims and snows for my truck. They were swift, efficient and they did their homework. The morning of my appointment brought uncertainties as a snowstorm passed the eve before. My heart sank when I walked in, as the waiting area was jacked with all kinds of folks seeking various services. Yet, at my 11am appointment time, my truck was pulled in and services were swiftly completed. Two things I observed that showed their attentiveness; the use of a torque wrench when installing the lugs, and,..... care in loading my old tires in the truck bed. They consulted me prior to opening the tuneau cover Due to ice and snow, and the guys didn't want to damage anything prior to opening. I was delighted. The guys at Conception Bay Tire have helped me across the years and I have always been impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Thanks again.
I give Conception Bay Tire 5 stars. We've been going to them for many years now without disappointment. Always been a fast and dependable service. Can rely on them 100% to take care of whatever car issues that came up. Their professionalism and understanding is remarkable.
