Our washer broke so had to do some loads here. The place is dated, could use some esthetic upgrades, but machines are good, did a great job washing and drying. Price was good. Washroom was very clean.
My dryer kicked the bucket today so I find myself needing a laundromat at 6:00 a.m. on a Sunday, my regular one was closed so I tried this one. Yeah, it needs some updating and cosmetic repairs but it was very clean, the machines worked very well and the woman working was very helpful and kind. I'd definitely go back and probably, I'll be back until my dryer gets fixed.
Would be great except there are 3 washers that NEVER drain the clothes .... they come out sopping wet every time
My first time going there and the person I talked to on phone was very nice!! Then met the lady who does the laundry, she was friendly and polite and the wash and fold is such a great service for my wife and I... Our laundry was well done!! We recommend this place. Great job!!!
Wash & fold service was very unprofessional. Pick up and drop off times were very hard to coordinate and drop off was not an option as this person is running this service independently. I was told $0.99 per lb, then was charged $40 for under 30lbs. When questioned, Neal said it is more for "mixed" laundry." The laundry was clean and folded, but definitely not sorted. So not really sure what that surcharge was for.... Decided to give them a second chance, asked how I should sort my clothes this time to avoid the surcharge and mentioned that most wash & fold services offer sorting in their price per lb. Rather than answering the question about sorting, I was told to take my laundry to the other place then. Will do!
Best laundromat in the North end. I don’t even use the machines in my building anymore. There are 4 sizes of machines so you can wash any size load economically. The owner has reduced pricing on certain machines from time to time, to make washing clothes financially accessible to all. The place is monitored by cameras. Also love the hours; 6 am to 11 pm open 7 days a week. It’s located in the same plaza as Tim Horton’s and Helmand Kabob. There is a radio playing the local music station. Tables and chairs to sit and wait for your laundry at. A wash takes 22-30 minutes, dryers can go for 20-99 minutes. Small loads $3.50, Triple loads $7.50 sometimes $4.50 or $7. They don’t have wash and fold service here. It’s a clean laundromat. There is a vending machine for detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets and plastic sacks. You need to bring cash but there is a machine which dispenses change for the laundry machines. The owner has a sign with a number to call if there is problem. 5 stars for sure!
First time going to a laundry mat, the lady working was more then helpful and amazing, polite and just all around amazing. Will definitely be coming back.
Great clean place to do your laundry! They offer a great wash and fold serves. Clothes smelled great and were folded so nice!
