Chem-Dry Acclaim Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Carl and Dave were nice, polite and worked hard. I know they had a challenging day with equipment malfunctions that made them late for my appointment. They still struggled with equipment and did their best but I feel they hurried through the job trying to get it done before the natural light in the room disappeared. When I spoke to Heather in the office, she said that she would have the guys come back the next week. When Carl and Dave came back they went over some of the areas I was concerned with and now the couches look great. I would have given 5 stars if they could have completed everything the first visit. I would still recommend Chem-Dry to friends and would have them come back again for other services in the future. Thanks Chem-Dry for great customer service and for making sure I was satisfied. Carl was wonderful. Arrived on time and was very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain the process and did a great job with the cleaning. Would highly recommend Chem-Dry!

The entire team at Chem-Dry was great! From Heather, who helped me to set up the appointment time that suited my schedule, to Dave who performed the work at the house. Both were very polite, professional and knowledgeable on the products. The carpet looks wonderful. Thanks Chem-Dry.

Carl was great! Very knowledgable, professional and an all around good guy. He worked hard to get a nasty stain out of our leather couch and we are very happy with the outcome! Highly recommended! Thanks Carl!
