Sunday teller is way too thin-skinned and taking of personal offense to be dealing with the public. There is a big difference between questioning an inconvenient policy and "yelling at her." Threatening to refuse service because she remembers me years ago disagreeing with this policy that has caused me problems in the past is not the appropriate way to handle a customer who is asking for service after being frustrated by a problem with an alternative service.
