Chase Bank

Just take a look at how well they treat their Austintown Customers with this ATM. As it won't accept my cash. I was told by Twitter I would get a response from this Branch about this outdated ATM. Needless to say I'm looking into new Banks.

I have had more headache and problems dealing with chase than I have EVER had anywhere else. The counter staff at the Austintown bank the two primary women are unbelievably incompetent and/or lazy, also the one is quite rude. They hold checks longer than any other bank in the USA this is a fact I've checked. And they have caused me nothing but issues withholding checks from the exact same employers that I've cashed checks from before. Then you call there customer service line and have to talk to a bunch of people who barely speak English. AVOID THIS BANK.

Went to get change for the business that I work at and because the lady that I went to has never waited on me before she needed my drivers license. I did not have my drivers license on me so she would not give me change even though I’m wearing my business shirt and I have the bank account number and a deposit slip. I wasn’t withdrawing money. All I was doing was giving them big bills and getting ones and change. any other time I’ve ever been here they’ve never asked me for my drivers license number. They are the worst bank that I’ve ever been to.

ATM 4 out of 5 times doesn't work. Closed my bank site closest is 20 min one way. Used to be top notch bank. Please know the tellers are always helpful and pleasant. But ATM 's needs updated, use the new ines that were put into the bank sites you closed.

I went inside the bank to change my last name on my account since I recently got married. I was greeted right away and the young man behind the desk was so helpful. Teddy helped me and got me in and out in no time! He stated he was still new and learning but he did great. He was very polite and helped me understand the process , super helpful!
