Horrible! The day I took my baby there turned out to be one of worst days of my life. Will never go back. Reply to the owner's post: I did not book any post up appointments. My daughter and I had a very hard time during the day of surgery and days after. Another doctor who examined my baby said the the tongue tie was not removed properly and needed to be done again. I would never put her through a negative experience like that again.

My first experience was phenomenal, my kids were afraid of going to the dentist. We got referred to go here for our first check up. Tina I believe was one of the dental hygienist is very knowledgable to help us with some of our questions and concern. Her and Dr. Walker is amazing with kids making both Justin and Danny very happy.

Dr. Gep is amazing! She and her staff lasered both my little girls tongue and lip ties (2 and 3.5 yo). I have no idea why I was so stressed out about this as they were so accommodating to their needs, knowledgable and so very experienced with children (is a preferred provider). Her specialties around this area made our family feel very safe after so many other professionals inexperience around lip and tongue ties. We are very grateful to have met Dr. Walker and Dr.Gep in Vaughn!!!!!!

I've been at Woodbridge Kids ever since it was opened. It is the best children dental office not to mention the best among all dental offices. The facility is very pleasant, the staff friendly and helpful. Dr Gep is professional and has shown to truly care for the comfort and well-being of her patients.

!!!!!!.....DO NOT COME HERE...!!!! 1. Rude customer service I came to the appointment for my kids to do a clean up for their teeth. The receptionist is very rude and obnoxious and looked down on people. I wouldn't come to your dentist if I can't pay for it. So don't tell me how freaking expensive your place can cost. Get your people or re-train them how to speak with the customers. This goes to the Asian and the front receptionist. They can't explain clearly how much it cost to do a cleaning but instead asking me do you know how much it cost here to do a cleaning? I was speechless when I heard that. Good for you RUDE people, I won't come there again nor my family members and friends. So watch out for these guys. Again DO NOT GO HERE....
