Vaughan Dentist - Dr Richard Goodfellow

I am a paramedic who owns a company called Heaven Can Wait. We provide yearly medical emergency training and CPR training for both of Dr. Goodfellow' offices. The staff are highly trained to respond if a medical emergency were to arise. All of their equipment is well above the standards of practice required by the Royal College of Dentists. The level of expertise and preparedness to respond is exceptional. You are in very good hands with these wonderful people.

Such a rude and non courteous receptionist. I was standing there for 10 MINUTES and she was on the phone the whole time until she finished her non urgent conversation instead of putting the person on hold to assist me first. When she finally got off the phone, she had such a bad attitude and bad manners while speaking.
