Wood Shop BBQ

Seriously good Kansas style BBQ. The brisket which was cooked perfectly, the pulled pork on their home baked brioche bun was so good I never set it down and the sides were delicious and complemented everything perfectly. Definitely going back!

Great food. Some of the best barbecue in Seattle. And my wife and I know good barbecue when we taste it. She was born in Oklahoma and we have spent time in St. Louis. We drive 45 minutes just to eat here.

All my dad wanted for his 82nd birthday was ribs. A friend had recommended Wood shop bbq. I decided to pick up a full rack of ribs. Wow, they were delicious!! So flavorful and fell right off the bone. They were so nice to give my Dad a mini cheesecake.

Not bad at all! The customer service was as amazing as the food! Think this is my new go to from now on when i want some decent bbq!

All I can say is YUM! This place definitely lives up to the hype. My husband and I drive into the city just to get brisket mac from this place. Everything is delicious.

Would have more photos but the brisket and sausage was gone before we had a chance to snap a photo. For a brick and mortar bbq spot this is one of the best in Seattle....so good my friend and I went twice in one day.

So good! Doesn't need sauce it's so tasty available if you want it. Ribs are fall off the bone and the brisket is incredible. And if you want a decadent treat, the billionaire bacon is fantastic.
