Met C.J. and his family at Bite of Seattle July 2018. They were serving smoked brisket over waffle fries with bbq sauce. It was absolutely mouth watering. Tender, juicy with the right balance of fat and smokey flavor. I highly recommend trying these guys out or ordering their catering service. I never thought anyone could beat my dad's homesmoked brisket until I tried C.J.'s! I've attached their new info from a sign at the festival.
Must try BBQ!!! I've eaten most bbq joints in seattle area and C. Davis Texas bbq is my new go to. Huge portion sizes, juicy brisket and some real good pork and beans! Give this guy a try, he's super friendly as well!
The man knows what he is doing. The Mac and cheese is good but his ribs are outstanding. We literally ate them with a spoon because they were so tender and fell off the bone as if they were never connected at all. The portions are massive, too, and I suggest getting the sauce on top as well. We will certainly go back.
Quality BBQ. Agree with the first reviewer. Mac n Cheese and Chicken are good. But Ribs are great. Recommend sauce on top. Nice folks. Generous portions.
