We are accepting new patients including those with or without insurance, Medicaid and Medicare recipients. Appointments can be made Monday- Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Evening appointments are also available.

The mission of this organization shall be to provide quality, comprehensive primary health care throughout Wood county.

Our Community Health Center provides comprehensive medical services for men, women and children. The worst clinic to get a hold of. You can call 10 times and 0/10 they answer. It’s horrible that to cancel or change or make an app. You have to be calling all day long. When you go in there office you can hear the phones go off and the ladies are just on there phones or on the computer no wonder they never answer.

I've been here for several dental appointments now and the staff are always courteous and informative. The majority of my appointments started on time. All of the dental assistants and the dentist were quick, knowledgeable, and kind, which I think are the most important qualities in dental situations! happy and grateful for their services!

They cancelled my appointment. When I explained that I possibly had a ear infection due to the fluid in my ears, they told me to take mucinex. I've had this problem for 3 weeks. I will be seeking out a new physician. Also every time I've gone there for a scheduled appointment, I've never even seen a Doctor. Always a NP. Don't waste your time.

Love the variety of services. Just wish they were available a little more. Id still give em 4 stars cause I feel a connection with them here like they are trying their best to make me feel better

My kids and myself all go here for primary healthcare, and we love it. There is one M.D. and one CNP, who is every bit as good as a M.D. Everyone is very nice, and the docs really take their time with you and listen to every question or concern you might have.

Everyone here is really helpful and nice! Same day appointments when you really need it. After hours urgent care phone service.

I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT.
