Wonder Auto & Tire

I take my car here for all maintenance and repairs. The starter on my car gave out at 4pm on a Friday before a holiday and I called, panicked, because I had never had anything ever fail on a vehicle, and had no idea what to do. The woman who answered the phone was fantastic, and set my mind at ease. She recommended a towing company and started a work order. When I had my brakes replaced, they did only what I asked, and didn't try to push me into anything unnecessary.

Put my truck in right away and got the job done for a fair price. Friendly service with comfortable waiting area. Only thing it needs is free coffee.

Awesome customer service and the mechanics are not trying to gouge you for money.

i wen't to get my suspension done over at wonder auto & tire they did an alright job for 400$ witch i though was a decent price for the work, but then a few hours later my alternator died; thinking it was the battery i replaced it turns out it was the alternator i thought to my self ok its an old car i really can't blame anyone for that. so i went back he said the alternator was dead and he could replace it for 600$ witch is no where near the same work as getting a new suspension done so i though that was a bit pricey so i found someone else, he installed the new alternator and month or so past by and everything was working fine. but i noticed the the alignment was a bit off so i took the tire off to adjust it; doing that i notice that the suspension was not installed properly; the rubber mounts were not installed with the adjustable spacers so i called; not in the best mood mind you but he very calmly said he would take a look; he did fix it i drove my car home but had to take a different route because of the traffic and the location of the shop everything seemed find like usual and for some odd reason one of the mechanics followed me to take that detour i didn't really make much of it he probably couldn't turn the car around for some reason even tho i saw them do it previously but maybe he was done the car at the same time as mine so i'm guessing he was test driving it to see if the job was done properly though it was weird didn't really make much of it. but get this when i started my car late that night it wouldn't start. after getting a new battery and alternator the previous month and driving my car fine for a month or so; i had to narrow down the problem to the shop i called this morning on the 13 of January 2017 only to find out that the guy who did the work on the 12 of January 2017 is now on vacation for a week. So this was my experience with wonder auto & tire if i could give less then one star i would the only star that belongs there is for the nice lady that answers the phone.

Great service, free wifi and fair prices. Overall very happy and will be returning in the future.
