Honestly this was my second accident. The first one was in the summer and everything went perfect. No problems and great work. This time everything went wrong. My insurance company said I wouldn’t have to pay the deductible and I even verified it before I picked up my car. I go and was told I had to pay it. I was going to call but instead she did and couldn’t get through so I paid it. It was the holidays so after they were over I called and sure enough it was covered so I had to go back for a refund. The door whistled so I told them to check it out. Waited over an hour. Then I get home and noticed my head rests for the back seat we’re in the trunk!! I really am an understanding person. It’s winter I get they are busy. However so am I. I will not use them again. I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. I was just told it was the insurance companies fault.

Fantastic service and excellent body work on my vehicle. My new SUV had recently suffered some costly damage to the undercarriage and did not pass inspection. After consulting with my insurance provider, I determined it would be less expensive to pay for the repairs out of pocket to avoid inflating my premiums over multiple years. I consulted many different body shops within the Moncton area and, even though I was clear with my intent to not go through insurance. Even with that said, many other body shops provided me with estimates around $3,500 to $4,500 even when I was clear I wasn't going through insurance. As such, they were trying to get me to replace entire components of the undercarriage instead of attempting to fix where the damage was. Trinity Collision was able to estimate the work for a repair at just shy of $800, and actually came in LESS than their estimate. My SUV then passed inspection without any issue. Excellent service, they set up clear expectations and delivered 100%. Also, Stephanie (the office manager) was a delight to deal with. This will be the first place I check if I ever need more body work done on my vehicles.

I was kept up to date on the progress for the repairs. The staff were excellent to deal with and the repairs were very well done.

Came in for an estimate after a fender bender. They were quick, courteous, and covered all angles. Not the cheapest estimate in town but they noticed damage that other places missed entirely so the difference in cost was totally justified. On top of everything they had free coffee!
