Women's Health Specialists

My provider and nurses were awesome. No complaints there at all. The billing team is rude, to the point of hanging up on me because I asked them to do the right thing. They like to hide behind, "we legally can't" (bill the correct insurance for you,) and when pressed to provide an explanation of their legal responsibility for billing one insurance company over another, they can't give an answer. I've been working with the insurance company they DID bill (incorrectly), to see if there is anything the (incorrect) insurance company can do to help me get these bills to the correct insurance company, and found out that one of the office employees at Women's Health Specialists called my previous review a "rant," when all I did was state facts. It's been three months now, and this still hasn't been resolved. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want to be billed appropriately and treated respectfully by office staff.

My experience was beyond awful in the "care" of these physicians including harassment and the physician calling me while 8cm dilated to argue and yell at me in addition to providing inaqudate care that directly defied ACOG standards of care.
