I received the best customer service and patient care here. Dr. Hejny moved his schedule around so he could do my surgery and he opened up the clinic on Christmas Eve to do my follow up. I know whatever happens with my eye I will be in good hands at Northeast Wisconsin Retina Associates.
Scammers! They'll change your in network to out of network status without informing you, then send you a huge bill. They also give you a low cost drug for your eye treatment but bill your insurance for the higher cost drug. I've notified my insurance, Medicare and Good Days of their unethical practices. Word of caution when dealing with them, always ask them to confirm your insurance status prior to receiving every injection! Preferably, go to another clinic! Edit: I've since gone to another ophthalmologist and he's informed me that my vision problems are from cataracts not macular degeneration. I'm scheduled for surgery and have not had an injection in 20 weeks now with no change in vision. So 10 years and thousands of dollars spent on the wrong diagnose from Northeast Wisconsin Retina Associates. Do your research and get a second opinion.
The staff and doctors at this clinic are caring professional who treat you with great care and respect. Dr Buddi is the reason my husband has not lost his vision, which is a priceless gift. He listens and has him on a personalized care schedule for his retina care that gave my husband new hope and lease on life!
I feel that I was well treated and am fortunate to have the service they provide. caring and kind, but most of all I can still see. thank Dr Buddy
$600 to get a few scans of my eyes amd $3,800 to get an injection in my eye that didn't help and the medication administered carries a risk of stroke. Useless. They neber warned me about the cost until i was a few minites from getting it. Oops. Should be a crime.
Don’t come to this place . The receptionist was very rude. They are not progressional al all . There are a lot of good eye doctor with great team around.
