I went to Wolseley Plumbing in Parry Sound to pick up plumbing supplies for my cottage, I was pleasantly surprised at the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff especially Jim who I was dealing with. I had a few complicated questions about my plumbing needs and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with him , after going to other suppliers who did not have the knowledge, or the kind and helpful service. I will not hesitate to recommend Wolseley to my friends and of course, that's were ill be going for my future plumbing needs. From Henry Nieminen
Called about a pump and gave a description of the system I had to see if maybe there was a recommendation. Guy on the phone said sorry need a part number don't size pumps understandable so I went in to find one. The women at the counter was horrible. Immediately acted like I was a nuisance just for being there as she slopped away her gum. Had no idea what I was talking about. Knew 0 about the product and was arrogant the entire time. I've heard endless Horror stories about dealing with her how she still has a job there is mind boggling. Instead of returning with the part number I drove to barrie to get my part because I refuse to give them any business until they get there attitudes adjusted.
Went in to buy some supplies for a water system was prepared to spend a bunch of money to get everything i needed in one place . I just needed a little help to pick the right parts figured this was a professional supply store! the women at the counter couldn't be any less helpful also quoted prices way higher than Home Hardware! I went and spent $1000 with the local hardware store!
