After searching for lighting both in shops and online I was able to find exactly what I wanted at Living Lights. Although visible stock is limited they have many catalogues to sit and sift through. Prices are noticeably higher than your average but a lot of their light designs are more individual and alternative.
Good range of led lighting. The staff were helpful and gave good discounts. The products we wanted were in stock and we were able to take them away. Very good.
Living Lights went over and above the level of customer support they gave to help resolve an obsolescence issue I had with a purchase I made from them 7 years previously. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue but they were extremely generous when offering me a suitable replacement. Would recommend them unreservedly.
Having driven past Living Lights on numerous occasions, I decided to actually stop and step inside. Glad I did. An incredible array of lighting and ideas to take away. Spectacular artistic lighting designs and contemporary solutions on display to wow!
We had a few issues with defective manufacturing. These were picked up positively by the team and all sorted out without any hassle. A very good customer experience. The product range is extensive and displayed very professionally. We’ll be back later in the year for more!
Very friendly staff, and huge selection of lights.
Really nice range of lights for all rooms and tastes. Products seem to be of a high quality. Our new Led kitchen light is very impressive and costs only a sixth of what the previous fitting was consuming. Well worth a visit.
Very helpful and polite. Excellent selection of unique lighting. A bit expensive on some items.
Could not fault the customer service. I received a follow up call regarding my purchase online and my lights were delivered earlier than promised. Well done and a deserved 5*.
A great store. Unbeatable value for money. And then there's Special Buys aisle if you're brave enough to try not buying anything which is nearly impossible!!!
