I was about to enter Ross but I smelled something really good grilling around the area. Then I walked to search for it and found this Teriyaki Wok Express. I’m glad that i stopped by. The lady in the cashier was friendly, the wait time is reasonable, the food was delicious, food size is great and the price is at a good range. I was in a rush when I came in so I just ordered what’s good fast. Small teriyaki for $12.99. I wished I ordered the bento box that came with extra tempura a limited time deal. I have to get it the next time I come. Will definitely come back again
Bubble tea was listed at 4.99 on board, charged 6.99 but was good. Inflation is def seen in all items. Ordered 1 yakisoba, 1 sweet and sour chicken and 1 Kung pow chicken. Received the Kung pow and yakisoba but got pineapple chicken instead in the bag. Was told 15 min, took over 25 with 2 people ahead. 2 people came after and got their orders first. They give generous portions but the flavors are a little odd, super sweet, and there are peas in everything. Rice seemed stale. Spent over $60 for 3 dishes and 2 bubble teas.
The food was good but it was hard to communicate with the cashier. We were trying to understand the pricing and eventually paid more than anticipated because of not being able to communicate clearly.Recommended dishesW Chicken Teriyaki, Salad
There's a lot of good food options in this area - but Wok Express is my go to for teriyaki here. The quality is always consistent, and always comes out nice and hot. 13 bucks gets you a meal that can last two days, so it's not a bad deal at all! Its not fancy, but it's always tasty. The staff here are always very kind and helpful - i saw the front staffperson hold a door open for a customer with full hands. Its nice to see that level of customer service still around these days. Highly reccommend coming here if the decisions seem overwhelming - it's a chill hole in the wall with good food. And that's all you need for teriyaki.
This place was great! Got some standard chicken and rice. I wished I would have gotten some extra teriyaki sauce, I will next time. To-go order in under 10 minutes, super fast and friendly service.Food: 5/5
Next door was a little over booked, but we were hungry and stopped in a whim. The host was super sweet and nice and the decor was homey. We had the Shrimp Tempura plusCalifornia Roll; Both were delicous, and a side of Miso soup. Overall a fantastic quick and eats place to at. Would revisit again when in town!
Great food and service like no other. The woman who I believe is the owner checked in with everyone in their meal. The spicy terriyaki chicken was super juicy. You get all the sauce you want on your salad and I’m crazy for sauce and don’t appreciate paying extra!!!! Thank you for being wonderful and not psychos : Kid-friendliness: Your kids can come eat and holler! Parking: Lots of free parking!
By far one of the best Japanese restaurants in the greater Seattle area! I especially love the teriyaki chicken and the honeydew bubble tea! The portions are generous, and the customer service is always on point! My family eats here atleast twice a month if not more.
Great service and good food. Spicy chicken and chicken teriyaki were the standouts. Good portions as well. Avocado roll had generous portions of avocado, which is great, especially in this economy. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of tables and space for strollers.
Just delicious. The chicken teriyaki was perfectly cooked. The salad that came with it was fresh a crisp. They even put a little piece of wax paper in between the egg roll and the teriyaki to keep it from getting soggy. Most teriyaki places do not consider that. Parking: Parking right out front. Wheelchair accessibility: E-Z parking and easy access with tables that would accommodate a wheelchair
