Came for lunch first time dining here. Tucked in a strip mall towards the back. What we ordered: 1. Har gar not bad skin a bit thick 2. Shanghai dumplings no burst of juice when you bite into them. 3. Spare Ribs not bad 4. Chicken feet were a bit over cooked not moist. 5. Beef Chow Fun had good flavor and the beef was tender not chewy which is good. All in All not bad. There is parking in lot outside of restaurant.
The food here is delicious, I've ordered multiple times. I would say it's maybe slightly overpriced, but the portion sizes for the entrees are quite large so I always have leftovers for a second meal. Overall it's a great local Chinese place to order delivery. I recommend the Sweet and Sour Chicken!
So, we stopped here during our shopping trip to Alderwood Mall. We had the Shui Mai, Shrimp Rice roll, and sticky rice. The atmosphere was nice inside despite the outside strip mall appearance. The Wait staff was pretty quick and friendly. However, the food left much to be desired, we are regular Dim sum consumers, and this one ranked fairly low in comparison. The Shuo Mai was OK at best, did not seem very good quality. The sticky rice was bland. It was more basic rice and very little taste. The shrimp rolls were much the same. It's definitely not worth going unless you like your dim sum with less flavor than normal. This may be a get what you pay for situation.
This is their egg fu young. Its egg dough balls without much meat or veggies. Had lunch here a few weeks ago and it was quite good not sure what happened. Told waitress I wasn't happy with the food. She didn't seem to care and didn't try to make it right. It really sucks eating out post pandemic
Had dim sum today. If you live nearby and want to have some dimsum then yea come here for it. But not worth to drive from far for the dimsum here. If you want better dim sum go to Chinatown.
Love this and will try more items. Really good baked bbq pork buns. My partner loved the chow mein and general tsos chicken. Only downside is the mapo tofu is truly not spicy as advertised specifically on the menu and is more on the plain side so not what I excepted.
The food were very oily with too much salt and sugar. There were no background music, and the 2 waitresses just chatting loudly with other employees inside the kitchen, or talking loudly on their cellphone, in their village Chinese language. The only reason this place still has 4+ stars is because it's riding on the tails of the ex owners/chef from the past. It’s also the same reason they keep the restaurant’s name even though it has completely different chefs and employees now.

Service can be hit or miss. They are disorganized when it comes to handing out food. Newly seated people can receive food before those that have waited for an hour. Their servers do not prioritize their tickets.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: No
Back to dine in again as county policy allow. The restaurant kept its Cantonese style good dishes. We enjoyed the good foods and service. We also got frozen dim sum home too. Previous review-Great to find a restaurant with Hong Kong style dishes and dim sum. Good price and good portion besides delicious Hong Kong taste. Good and prompt services. They even provide frozen uncooked dim sum so that we can enjoy dim sum anytime at home. A must visit at Lynnwood.
