Happy to say, food has improved since they first re-opened after the move. Enjoyed our spicy tuna crispy rice, a roll and some shared apps today. Have to re-test the take-out soon. Efficient service as well, which I appreciate. Happy hour is a great time to come if you want to step out for a bite.
Excellent food! Friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. My dad is on a gluten-free diet and our server was super! If she didn't know, she'd go and ask someone. Cocktails are on the higher end of cost, but the food was worth their prices. Dietary restrictions: They were a little unsure about gluten free alcoholic beverage options, but we did manage to figure out that White Claw was okay. They have gluten free soy sauce and menu options.

The restaurant was empty and I had the worst service. I would not suggest sitting at the bar. Table servers were way more attentive, ended up having to ask on of them for a box. Unfortunately, the sushi looked great, but was so loosely wrapped that it fell apart while eating it. I also ordered the chicken lettuce wraps to go and the pieces of lettuce were cut so small it was impossible to wrap anything in them… didn’t notice the lettuce was so small until the next day when I went to eat them for lunch. There are much better options for sushi in St. Charles. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Haven’t had wok n fire in quite sometime decided to give it a shot. My wife’s fried rice was pretty decent although they did start using dark meat must be trying to save money. They forgot my kids soup, she’s 3 and that’s all she wanted. Now I have a grumpy toddler. Now for the best part. I just worked 13 hours didn’t feel like cooking so I order. Uber eats is terrible they take forever and my food was gross and almost nonexistent. Smallest portion I have ever seen. Even the rice was terrible. So as I write this I’m am in the middle of cooking my dinner.
This restaurant is clean. The booths are nice and everything is very modern. However I can't help but feel that staff is running around, and not really keeping an eye on customers. They will of course ask you how your food is, but they're not keeping an eye out to see if you need refills, and they're not paying attention to when you're done either, so if you need anything, you need to make sure you can get their attention I will say that the beef here is cooked to perfection, but I would recommend this as a dinner date place where time doesn't matter versus a place you want to grab a nice meal and go from. Ideally staff should keep a closer eye on the guests in order to provide the best service. This is my second time here, likely my last as I feel like the service needs some work.
Ordered delivery/take out from here last night. Sushi rolls were very small and mostly rice. I basically got a rice roll with the smallest bit of shrimp in it. It was one piece of shrimp used for the whole roll. The other rolls were also 90% rice. Also the fried rice tasted like the veggies were freezer burnt and had cleaning solution in it. Would not order again, very disappointing.
We absolutely love Wok n Fire in St. Charles!! The experience is always wonderful and the sushi is delicious. Unfortunately, we both ended up being sick during our honeymoon week but we ordered for delivery and they sent us congratulatory cake! They are just the best! 10/10!!
So delicious! the Avocado Crab Ball was fire, so was the Crispy Crunchy Roll. it was my birthday so they brought out a deep fried banana with ice cream for me. very nice service
Place looks freshly renovated. Service was great - drinks refilled without needing to ask which seems rare nowadays. But then again it was not very busy. Ordered spicy Pad Thai. It was good except the chicken was overcooked. I picked most of it out top of plate in attached photo. The other pieces are tofu not chicken. California roll was very good as were the dumplings. Coconut shrimp and rice were a little over done.
