I never take food from this place again, propotions of food that were shown on the pictures were way bigger than we got. And it was the worst won ton soup i ever had. Now i understand why this place is empty during lunch time.Service: 2/5

In the past we have enjoyed food from here. However yesterday was a disappointment. Chicken was burnt, they used peanuts instead of cashews on my “Singapore cashew”. They did not have limes, and they used green onions as a topping instead of the normal topping. Most likely was the last time for us.

Walked in and the place had a weird smell. Ordered the Pad Tai and it was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. I didn't eat much of it as something tasted funny. The next day I had food poisoning. Alberta Health should investigate this place!

I ordered from the Leduc location 2 meals on April 2nd 2022 at approx 4:30 pm. I ordered the “build your own chicken fried rice” and added ginger beef to it. My fiancé ordered chicken pad Thai to go. Both items were prepared poorly. My meal the ginger beef & rice was completely mush in appearance. It was bland with almost no flavour whatsoever. I ate less than half and threw it in the garage. I took a photo of how poor it looked if you wish to see. My fiancés chicken pad Thai the noodles were very soggy and the meal overall was subpar at best. I nearly spent 30$ on the 2 meals and frankly it was horrible considering the quality of food I received. I will NOT be going back ever! The worker did not offer me a receipt when I was in store nor was one provided in my bag with the “food”.

Oh my god, change the oil in your fryer. When was the last time, pre-covid? Absolutely disgusting spring rolls and potstickers, your chain should be shut down for incompetence. They're supposed to be golden, not the same colour brown as the cheap paper towel they use in gas station bathrooms. Completely inedible. Also, ease up on the amount of sauce you put in the butter chicken rice box. It's not supposed to be soup. Learn how to cook. 1 star rating because there's no option for 0 stars.

The worst food. Ginger beef was dry no sauce, 3 green pepper in a sumo order, huge chunk of gross looking beef.

Loved their service. Neat and tidy place to eat. PRAGAT SINGH, cheers man. He manages the store by himself , seen him couple of times working alone. Positive vibe and smile on the face always. Delicious butter chicken. Would definitely recommend it to others.

They rarely ever have more than one person working, busy or not. Tends to take a long time to get your foodFood: 4/5

I love Wokbox but not this location. The lone employee was distracted in the back on his mobile device. We had to yell to get his attention and eventually be served after waiting a few minutes. The bathroom was very filthy with no paper towels etc. He tried to upsell us on numerous items we did t ask for and then the restaurant has the nerve to ask for a tip on their payment machine.

I will never order from This place again . Ordered skip , waited an hour and as my driver gets there to get it … all of a sudden they cancelled my order and told skip they were out of items. Then when I called to ask why they ordered it , RICK said that he made it and skip cancelled. Well when I asked if I could still come and get something this is 10pm and they close at 11pm he said it would take at least 45 min as they close at 11 and he still had lots of stuff to do before they close. I’ve never heard an employee blatantly say no to a customer . Oh well I’ll never order here again and I’ll make sure to let everyone know what the business practice is around here.
