The sidewalk before the front door isn’t built to grade so I fell and scraped my knee. Not a big deal but this happens to lots of people in the same spot. Really it’s something they should have fixed during their renovations. Also fries at other Wendy’s usually taste better than at this location. I don’t know why. They just have funky fries.
The restaurant was quite cold. You get better service in the drive thru. Initially, I was going to eat inside, but nobody noticed me approach the till. They were walking by but didn't even greet meFood: 4/5
Reading the reviews and they all mention horrible service. Not any different with our experience. Took my family and waited at the front counter for 10 mins while everyone was doing drive thru or skip. I understand being busy but..acknowledging the customer goes a long ways! They noticed us as I made plenty of eye contact and nothing. Finally I asked if they are only doing drive thru service at the moment and someone finally came to take our order..which they then got wrong. It’s no wonder the dine in area was completely empty. Terrible service here!! Owner/management: TRAIN YOUR STAFF or you will continue to loose business!!!
Usually have ok service but today was far from good, not only did I wait 20 min in line but also got given the wrong food making my meal grossly overcharged, please check your bag be for you leave because they 100% will not
BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. Ordered two #1 meals in drive thru. Paid with debit and received meals promptly. Asked for a receipt and after many many minutes just declined to get the receipt. Mistake on me as they had charged me for 4 meals AND gave us baconator meals instead of our Dave’s singles. Extremely bad service!!!!
Whoever the guy was at the drive thru window this morning was very rude. He didn’t say “hi,bye, kiss my ass” NOTHING. He literally handed me my food and drink all at once like he threw it at me. On top of this I tried to ask him something and he shut the window on me. I even waved bye to him, nothing. If I’m a inconvenience just say so or if you don’t like your job then quit. I also emailed head office about this.
I had the mini baconator meal, plenty big enough meal for a senior. The service was excellent. The eating ares was very sunny and bright.Food: 5/5
Please update your hours to reflect when you are actually open. Showed up tonight at 945 and had to wait at the drive thru window for almost 5 mins before someone finally came over to tell me that the supervisor had decided they could close early.
Go-to for breakfast! Really love the their croissant sandwich. Great service, one of the best Wendy’s location I’ve been to.
It was OK. Staff was friendly and food was OK. Seems overpriced but aren't they all. This location needs to do a deep clean of the dining room and maintain it. When I noticed it, I couldn't leave fast enough.Food: 3/5
