Absolutely Great Service. Gay and her team exceeded our expectations and delivered what we needed in record time. I cannot recommend Wise Financial Services enough.
Quite familiar with this agency. After they did my Mom's books for 10ish years, I took a look and found all kinds of CRA errors. When I asked for explanations, I got none. Apparently there was an outstanding amount due to Wise from my Mom, so after I contacted them, they sent me three different notices with three separate amounts with no details. When I asked for an itemized statement with a consistent amount, they sent the debt to collections. Very professional.
WFS just did my personal taxes very promptly and professionally. Very courteous and friendly staff. The price is extremely reasonable, especially considering the personal attention. I'd recommend them to my colleagues no pronblem.
For over 15 years Wise Financial has offered personable, reasonable and efficient service for both my business and personal accounts! And what a tax return!
Again if there was a way to put zero stars I would have. Doesn't know how to return client inquires promptly, claims to do work that clearly wasn't done. Blames staff regularly for tardiness. Doesn't provide sound advice and direction.
Paid this company and they never even processed my taxes, all they say is "oh it mus t have fallen off our plate.." Not very professional.. A few years before they did the same thing to my father. Last time i ever use their sevices.
Vannessa was extremely helpful and timely for a request I had. Very prof atmosphere. Thankful!
Not a good experience. No certified accountants and seemingly a high staff turnover with lots of difficulty. I finally left them for a REAL accounting firm.
