Mission

The most significant word in our mission statement is “advisor.” If you look up the word “advisor” in the dictionary, you get a very bland definition:

“One that advises, such as a person or firm that offers official or professional advice to clients.”

Under this definition, anybody can be an advisor. But we don’t want to be just anybody. At Wipfli, we’d rather raise the bar by building strong relationships to become trusted advisors who continually create true value for our clients, their businesses and our communities. And we want to do it with passion and conviction. Certainly, we need technical competence, but competency only gets you to first base. To hit a “home run,” we need to leverage our competencies to help clients solve problems, achieve their goals and realize their dreams. When we are able to do this, we become the trusted advisors we strive to be.
