I ran into some issue with my current sales terminal which after speaking with a number of different people were not resolved. After getting in contact with the right people (Autumn Weid) my problem was resolved in an expedited manner and resolved same day! Autumn worked hard to resolve my problem fast and I am very happy with her service.

STAY AWAY. They tell you their is no contract or termination fee. its all lies. Their monthly fee is very high comparing to what they explain to you. Their are a lot of in explainable charges. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

ClearPay is a great company to work with, great customer service and the system is easy to use. We've had no issues since we switched over to them. I would highly recommend using ClearPay.

Clearpay has been awesome to work with. Our Company switched over to them a year ago and their service has been outstanding. I get immediate responses for any issues in regarding processing or getting statements.

We began working with ClearPay in April of 2015 and couldn't be more pleased with the service and pricing. Mark T. has been a fantastic representative for them; he is always extremely helpful and quite personable as well. I tend to be a bit demanding of vendors and Mark, with ClearPay, have always met and exceeded my expectations.
