Winners

I was visiting Saskatoon for the day and stopped by here early in the afternoon but didn’t stay long because this winners locations is very busy, compact and messy. Their lighting is also terrible and at times nauseating. Other winners locations have warm lighting but this store is very dark and whatever lights they are using coats the entire store in a gross grey filter. It’s hard to even judge the true colour of certain items. I was especially disappointed with the jewelry counter that had absolutely ZERO organization of items. The displays were wayyyy to overcrowded with stock. Necklaces and bracelets were so crammed together on their displays it was an eyesore to look at and made it had to even focus on what I liked. Other winners locations have items like rings, earrings and necklaces ect organized into themes based on style or what the charms and pendants are example: hearts, butterfly ect. and have everything spread out evenly but this winners has all kind of styles and charms mixed together and none of their coordinating items are actually displayed together. it’s crazy they haven’t realized their messiness and disregard for proper organized merchandising could be losing them sales and the chance to maximize sales. The people in charge of putting out jewelry need to read their sales manuals again and learn that not ALL stock needs to be put out in the cases if you can’t display it nicely or in a way that makes sense. No winners customer wants to shop from displays that look like they belong in a antique store or a flea market.

What horrible store to shop at i went to the fitting room to try on some items and i came out of the dressing room, the two ladies looked at me and Told me to put the items on the return rack it’s Like they assumed i didn’t want any of the items i picked out when i gave no indication that i didn’t want anything And then i found two more items i wanted to try my Subconscious Was telling me not to go back to the fitting room Did anyway put my jacket in the cart because iwas hot and i went to go take the items out Of the cart that i wanted to try on and I also grabbed my jacket that they Don’t even sell and one of the women Working in the fitting Ask me if that was my jacket And when i was done trying On the items that i was going to buy The other lady Working in the fitting room reached for my items As if she was going to take them from me and Said are you buying these? Both times it seemed like they didn’t want me to have these items I’ve worked in a fitting rooms before and this NOT you treat customers never shopping at this location again

This a great store for a variety of things. They had a lot of clothing options at reasonable prices. I saw popular brands like Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Puma, etc they had shoe section, home decor, makeup, hair and body, gym, cooking. They had clothes for babies, toddlers, adults and prices seem reasonable and alot of items on sale. Customer service was great and I was in and out pretty quick.

I was followed by a creepy woman inside the store, I was walking in aisles, just looking at things. She came out of nowhere and kinda was stuck to me from behind, at first I thought she is just a regular customer, looking at things, just too close to me. But it continued for a whole aisle, so I turned around and smilingly told her to go ahead in case I am on her way. She said, its getting annoying following you for so long. I said, what? She just smiled creepily. I was scared to death as I am new to the city, I just walked and started looking for my husband. Still she was following me in front of him. My husband got annoyed. We just walked out of the store without even buying anything. What kinda security system they have? They really need to improve it. I am never going back there again, it was my go to place for anything literally.

Good place for branded shopping. You may have to spend some time looking for good stuff.
