Good bargains. But the worst place to have a seizure. And ive had seizures all over. The manager was super rude and said I took up space in the isle of customers. I was having a seizure. Like what the hell. And she was like you need a medical alert neclace or braclet. At that point I wasnt fully duognosed yet so how could I obtain such a thing. Also its 80$ and I work part time on minimum wage and can ot afford a medical alert jewelery item. I was in there in the forst place trying to buy discount merchandise. So I was literally shopping and minding my own damm business when I had a medical incident.

This a great store for a variety of things. They had a lot of clothing options at reasonable prices. I saw popular brands like Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Puma, etc they had shoe section, home decor, makeup, hair and body, gym, cooking. They had clothes for babies, toddlers, adults and prices seem reasonable and alot of items on sale. Customer service was great and I was in and out pretty quick.

Terrible terrible terrible. If you’re gonna hire customer service representatives make sure they can actually serve customers??? I know they’re human too and it’s impossible to smile 24/7 at everyone but being hella passive aggressive?? that’s crazy for a role that needs you to have a good attitude. They don’t have to be cheery and smiling ear to ear but treating customers like humans instead of a nuisance would help, don’t you think?

This location of Winners is full of mess. I don't know the reason, due to so much footfall or employees poor service. I have been to this place several times and everytime I face the same issue of mismanagement and chaos in every section. They need to work on the customer service and to make customer experience pleasant. Parking facility is available. Public washroom facility is available.

I had a very disappointing experience at Winners. I purchased a jewelry item and it was handed to me in just a thin plastic bag with no proper box or protective packaging. For a delicate item, I expected better care and presentation.nnI politely suggested that they should arrange proper boxes and packaging first and then start selling jewelry items to customers. Instead of taking the feedback professionally, the cashier was very rude. She seemed frustrated because the store was busy, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly. She dismissively said, “I’ll call the manager if you want to talk,” which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.nnVery disappointing customer service. Being busy does not justify rude behavior. I expected much better from Winners.
