This was the best boot buying experience of my life. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and helped right away. The employee was super friendly and was able to help me find the perfect fit. After getting to the till to pay, the guy who rang my purchase through was just as nice. They even carry the bigger sizes in most of the footwear options, which is hard to find.
My experience was excellent! I had no clue what I was after and the store was PACKED with stress-inducing choices. Someone came to ask what I needed, I explained, I had boots on my feet in a couples minutes, and out the door with them in a couple more. And the selection was bang on and there doing exactly what I need! Thanks for making this while thing so easy!
Bought my husband Vionic slippers. He was hesitant, but once he tried them on...he was sold on the comfort and fit. I love the runners.
Horrible customer service . When buying an item we were told that we could bring it back no problem. It was brought back with the receipt snd original package and they would not issue a refund as I brought it back and it was purchased with my husbands debit. Same account but they would not issue a refund unless he comes in. They do not tell you this and you have to waste your time driving there only to be told this. The lady at the till said it was store policy but they don’t tell you when you make the purchase . So just a heads up so you don’t waste your time doing the same
I was on a budget and needed to find something around $100 dollars as I had a gift card. Looked around in the store for 40+ minutes. Not the best time of year for flip flops, wasn’t many shoes that fit my taste for my budget so I thought slippers would be a good idea. I finally found some slippers for $80 after asking a sales associate if they could point me in the right direction for my budget and was told “the slippers are here but they’re all over $100 dollars”. I was about to give up before I flipped it over and saw that it was $80. When I used my gift card, it was just cashed in to its entirety after I brought my item up to the front. The associate didn’t ask if I wanted to grab any smaller items like say some socks or an accessory to use up the remainder of my gift balance and just supplement the difference of the cost if it went over or something. The cashier just said “Here you go!” I just felt awkward and rushed out so I left feeling like I got ripped off the $8 lousy dollars that would have been left after taxes..
lots of selection fairly helpful staff won a gift certificate from a contest, it had an expiry date on it less than 3 months after I won it. I didn’t realize it expired my fault for not reading all the fine print on the certificate, I won a whole prize package nothing else had expiry dates so I didn’t look at all the small print Had I realized it expired I wouldn’t have presented it. They were very rude about the expired certificate and unwilling to honor it. I could respect this if it was a year or more, the certificate wasn’t even a year old. I won it in mid May and it expired the end of July of the same year. Seems they didn’t really want to donate to the cause.
Excellent service, my lady knew her products and had a great attitude. Reasonably priced footwear. Will definitely be back.

Yesterday's Traxx experience was incredibly positive! Liz was our sales associate and she was so knowledgeable, kind and professional! Also, Sheldon helped me in the men's section and was helpful and gave great advice regarding footwork! Thank you both for the positive experience!!
Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful in finding the right winter boots. Large selection, some sizes were unavailable.
