The cashier named Kir was rude. He’d rather let customer wait in line and take his ‘sweet’ time to prepare and open the cashier machine. On top of that, not all the customers know everything, please be mindful and sympathetic with your words and follow your policies. The first and worst time ever with Winners!
Above and Beyond service. Bought a few things here the other day, went out to the food court for a bite to eat, and left my Winners bag in the food court. I was 25 minutes on my way home before I realized I had forgotten it. I called security and got an answering service. I called the food court and got an answering service. I called winners and spoke with the manager. She got one of her employees to take time out of their busy day to go out and look for it in the food court. They found the bag, And let me know it was being held at the winners front desk for me. I really appreciated how they went out of their way. This is Above and Beyond service! Kudos to the manager and her great team.
Many discounted clothing and accessories, I purchased the built to last Nomad stainless steel insulated bottle $24.99 and hot chipotle cashews on $7.99
I am profoundly disenchanted with the service encountered at Winners. The customer service was severely lacking, and the refusal to process a return without a valid explanation was deeply frustrating. My sister, who is recuperating from childbirth, needed to return gifts for her newborn. In an attempt to assist her, I was met with unwarranted resistance from not one, but three staff members. Their collective attitude suggested a futile search for comparable items. Contrary to their claims, I managed to find two of the three items myself. The manager on duty, along with the other staff members, provided no support or approval for the return. It is disconcerting to witness such a stark absence of customer assistance. As a consumer, it is off-putting to undertake tasks that are clearly the responsibility of the store's personnel. The image that TJ Max Canada is portraying through its unaccommodating staff, who do not deliver the necessary service to aid their clients, is truly astonishing. For a business that is supposedly centered around customer service, I urge you to elevate the level of care and attention given to your customers. If I could have this would be a zero rating.
