Really upsetting incident. I brought a pack of 4 Brita filters last month to stock up my filters. When I broke the seal and opened the packet this month I found only 2 filters inside. Not sure if it's a scam or just mismanagement or customers stealing stuffs. These filters are so dam expensive. Please check your product thoroughly before leaving the store.
Worst customer service. Also noticed that they have covered some OTC medicines and put a shutter on those sections and there is no option to get it with the help of any associate. You can get this only when pharmacy is open. Just imagine how it’s helpful for someone who went there to get the medicine in emergency and pharmacy is closed that time though store is open. Happened with me. It’s common issue now in every Walmart in GTA I think. Walmart should think about this.
Went to the store last night and a hanger was tripped by my waist backpack and fell on my leg causing some bleeding. Unfortunately, the store manager at the shelf was not very professional in my own opinion. When we first complained about it, she answered that there is not thing she could do and ask us to “be careful”. Acknowledge a customer’s need should be the priority.
I have been over twenty Walmarts and have never seen one in two floors. This one is connected with the Mall and is two floors, huge and has a full range of items. Another difference I saw with this one compared to US Walmart is the display sign color change from blue to red. Prices were similar to US. Lots of self check out stations.
Bought a Gorilla tape and a glue gun. I think that it’s expensive buy I have no time to compare to others.
