i only ever come here if i absolutely need to, because it is always overwhelming and stuffy. not easy to find staff members around the store for help but when you do they’re always friendly and helpful
The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Not only after we asked to speak to a manager did they do absolutely nothing to help us other than to suggest “you drive back to Kamloops” to return to the specific store it was bought at. I’ve never been to a winners that uses this policy and doesn’t honour returns from winners from different towns but they assured me it’s a new system and this is the way it must be, all while speaking to me as if I was subhuman and couldnt understand this concept.I am beyond disappointed at how I was treated in this establishment and would not recommend bringing your business there. I would give zero stars if I could.
I quite enjoy shopping here. They have quite a great selection for men's clothing and lots of cool nic nacs for around the house
I love how many face masks Winners provides and I picked up these sandals for a very good price and they look amazing on me.
