WinMac

Upon receiving my MacBook back from Winmac there were still some unresolved issues that I wasn’t initially happy about. However, Arash worked with me to resolve the issue all the while remaining very calm and professsjonal. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their MacBooks repaired.

Unnerved to discover that my MacBook Air had called it quits yesterday. A Google search generated the names of repair shops. I telephoned several, but my convo. with one vendor stood out: WinMac. Time was of the essence, I couldn't afford to be Mac-less for 2-5 business days, nor did I have another spare machine at home. Ari and the team at WinMac were knowledgeable i.e. a defunct SSD as predicted, empathetic, provided a quick turnaround i.e. diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes, and very affordable.....I highly recommended them.

I cannot rave about this place enough. They are miracle workers. Kind. Amazing customer service, honest and a small business. My toddler spilled bubble liquid soapy water, gel-like liquid on to my touch pad - my brand new 2020 MacBook Pro and they fixed it! All my files intact and my browser had all the tabs on it before it kept flickering on and off. They called me weekly with updates on status and what they were working on. They were so kind and polite. I would bring them anything in the future to repair/upgrade and would highly recommend them to friends and family. From the moment we walked in we could tell they were passionate about the care of your computer. They worked with me and I had to have some extensive work done on my computer. Clumsy friends spilled drink. The turnaround time was great even after they did additional tests to make sure I was in tip top for the near future as well. All the work they do there also comes with a 6mo warranty. Hopefully I don't have any more accidents but if so I would go back there, would also give reference to friend if needed.

I have a Macbook air, protected with a hardcase shell, and a silicone cover for the keyboard...but an open water bottle managed to fall right onto it. I went to a Mac dealer and because warranty doesn't cover water damage, they said it'd cost nearly a grand. luckily, i found these great people who offered to do it for 60% less and I got it back in two days. The reviews are legit- not only did I get really efficient work, but also friendly and honest customer service. A week later, and my Mac functions literally like nothing ever happened. As a plus you also get 6 months warranty. Anyways, thank you Fred and sons!!! : update: almost 3 years later, and my mac is still as good as new! Update 2: its been 6 years and the mac still works perfectly fine

I had a very positive experience with WinMac, and if I could give even more than 5/5 stars I would! They provided exceptional service and went above & beyond with servicing my MacBook. WinMac initially provided a free diagnostic, followed by clear communication to explain all processes, costs, and estimated time needed for repair. They also provided updates throughout the process, as needed. I spoke with Fred and Ary, who are both very personable and courteous, and the customer service staff was also friendly and prompt in responding to inquiries and follow-up. Getting a Macbook Pro repaired after a coffee spill was never going to be a cheap fix, but it sure takes the edge off when you're dealing with such kind, kind people. They are exceptional in every way: knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely nice. They went extra miles to make my unfortunate experience as minimally disruptive as possible. I have no words!! Ary goes above and beyond to meet your needs and is incredibly kind and informative. I cannot recommend this place enough. He fixed my Macbook after the people at Apple told me there is nothing that can be done. Also his prices are fair and you can still contact him afterwards if you need anything. 10/10 highly recommend!
