As always absolutely delicious pizza ! Definitely appreciate the superior service from Allyson, i had questions about differences in crust + how much a large would be with 2 or 3 toppings. Didn't have a coupon she used a digital coupon or something which was pretty cool. Was in there shortly B4 9PM on 10/23/22, they were busy & i still had the pizza & was headed home pretty quick. Keep up the good work and Pizza Hut West Springfield give Allyson a raise in pay immediately !
I love to go out every 2 weeks. Just pick a place based on what I feel like and order food. Since I am a caregiver, my orders tend to be big. With that being said, I would expect that the food is somewhat labeled with what's inside so that I don't have to open the food and look at it. I placed an order with several different pizzas and some dinner boxes that were not labeled. I would like to see the restaurants labeling food so that you don't have to open and look what's inside. Most of my clients tend to be picky about looking at their food, and with all the illnesses going around, this should be a new and good practice among mostly pizza places. Other than that, the food was fresh and tasty. Everyone was happy with their food. The overall service was good.
Had a very hard time west spfld location, thier phones were so staticky couldn't get out order through. Had to call 3-4 times. It's the only pizza my 102 year old Nana can chew. Otherwise I would have given up. Think they need new phones?
Could have been better. The crust was so thick there was hardly any pizza . About a inch or a inch and a half and it was cold because they messed up on one pizza and had to remake it so by the time we got it and home everything was cold.
Pizza Hut is a Sentimental place for me because my father used to bring my siblings and I hear when we were younger . My favorite is a regular pan cheese pizza nice thick crust not greasy at all perfect sauce crust cheese ratio. This is my all-time favorite chain pizza restaurant. I called up a got a nice guy named Luther on the phone he told me my teacher would be ready in about 15 minutes or less and I got here it was ready to customer service was stellar and the new facility that they just built is very modern and impressive is always comfortable. They have three large flat panel TVs on the wall everything is very clean and modern overall I highly recommend Pizza Hut especially this location on Riverdale Road in west Springfield Massachusetts. Customer service is a very big deal to me and Luther who I can only assume is the manager was phenomenal.!
It is National Pizza Day and we’ve been wanting to try the Spicy Lovers Pizza from Pizza Hut. The West Springfield location is the only actual Pizza Hut restaurant around. I put an order in online and it was ready within 15 minutes. We got the Spicy Lovers Pizza, an original pan pizza, cheesy bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. If you like spice, the Spicy Lovers Pizza had the perfect amount of heat to it. It was delicious. All the other food was very enjoyable too. No complaints from the family!
Food is always good. Especially if you get the Dinner Box. You get 1 medium sized, 1 topping pizza with a side of breadsticks and a side of cinnamon sticks all for $10. Well worth the price and very filling. Restaurant is clean. The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because we waiting 40 minutes for our food to come to the table. Turns out they boxed everything as if it was a take out order and they were waiting for us to pick it up. Regardless, it was still warm and good. Recommended.
Got a large stuffed crust. Was pretty decent. A little too much sauce for me. Counter staff was pleasant and wait time was average. Would be nice if they had more seating area for pickups.
Extremely slow…! Never Again…!!! Called to make an order and the gentleman on the phone was surrounded by lots of kitchen noise. Showed up in person, only to be told 1 of my orders has been out of stock and a worker forgot to place the order. Sat inside and have been waiting for over one hour. Worse place to get food in all of Massachusetts!
Ordering deals on the website was very difficult! You cannot use the ! in a password and when you try to reset it won't allow you to use your old password. If you select a meal deal and step through all the steps, the price comes out 50% higher. There are no indications on what is and is not included in the meal deal until you check out. It would be nice as you step through the ordering process, it tells you what is extra.
