For some reason when I order from wingstop online they ont let me change to the carol stream location. This wing stop is not good at all. They never get your order right, and they don’t cook the food right. They we ordered honey hot wings and boneless wings. None of them had sauce or seasoning and they were poorly cooked. Last time I ordered from here they never delivered my order to my job, and the time before the food was cooked terrible again. You ask for a refund they claim it takes 3-5 business days and they have to talk to a manager. I used to eat at wing stop all the time, it’s too many bad experiences now. I want my money back, and I’m done with this location all together
Got home with someone else's order. Went back and got my correct order made fresh. Hassle free. Keep your receipts. I got the 30pc but got a 15pc accidentally.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! 1st time I ever ordered here they never answered the phone. Had to go in and place my order and they were very rude and hostile while taking my order. 2nd time - they never answered the phone, went in again considering it’s the closest location to me and messed up our order and undercooked fries. My wife ordered here for a 3rd time not knowing this was the location that completely sucks- never answered the phone again! She’s pregnant so she went in since she was craving her wings and they messed up her order! She called and spoke with one of the team members here and he told her “next time you place an order, you’ll get a free meal.” We just tried ordering again.. 4 days after this incident and they didn’t keep their word on the free meal after messing up our order. My wife spoke with the manager and she kept her on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on her. Very disrespectful staff never going to this wingstop again! We will be contacting corporate.. the team and upper management DEFINITELY need more training and customer service skills!!
Understaffed, a 20 minute carry out order shouldn’t take over an hour.
This will be my last time going to this location my order is always wrong. This evening my wings were cold to the touch and the order was incorrect. I called to tell the manager and he could care less. I will be reporting them to corporate.
foods always undercooked and fries are never seasoned. last time i went i found this piece of plastic in the ranch so idk what to say about that. carol stream locations way better even though i gotta drive more
This place NEEDS new management. I’ve expressed my concerns to a night manager once and decided to give this location another chance since he seemed like he understood there’s been multiple of the same concerns. Same issues with my recent order!….this is so frustrating. My wings are undercooked and the skin is like raw and rubbery. The wrong seasoning/sauce was put on the order AGAIN. This has been the 4th time trying this location and will be my last. Don’t bother with this place, they don’t care.
We come to this location because it’s close. The tenders are usually great but the fries are usually soggy. The biggest issue, they don’t answer the phone to place an order !! Today, we had to come in to order because they didn’t answer for 10 minutes and they also charged for 3 sides of sauce that were supposed to be included.
Everything was perfect with my order Thanks to Dwayne!!! Great work he deserves a raise.
