When I said I wanted fresh chicken , I didn’t mean this fresh. To add insult to injury, when I called wingstop the lady that answered the phone copped an attitude ,an apology would’ve been nice she told me to call Doordash and also told me to “bring the food back tomorrow “ no thank you, this was out of line . -Starving Student
Great late night eats only restaurant open after 10 PM on Washtenaw. Restaurant was clean, staff was helpful enjoyed picking individualized soda on the fun Coca-Cola machine.
Tl;dr good food just order already Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I've gotten nothing but excellent food from here. Their boneless meal deal is such a steal, like I don't understand how they aren't losing money on this. 20 boneless wings large fry and 2 dips for $16, I mean come on even bdubs is gonna charge you like double for the wings alone. Get extra seasoning on the fries, thank me later! Also you're getting takeout, it's not going to stay fresh by the time you get it back home. Pop it in the air fryer 375 for 3-4 minutes and fries will be revived. I have never tasted a better ranch than from here. It is god S-tier+ and nothing else comes even remotely close. Fav flavor right now is the lemon pepper garlic Parm. You thought lemon pepper was good on its own? Try the combo, your shoes will pop off.
Shift members all running on different decibels here. Rather disjointed ordering process in person. Maybe online would have been a better experience. Food best be very tasty. Changed from a 2 star to a one star. Fries taste as they appear. "Shift leader? Was loudly arguing with a call in customer and hung up on them. They have alot to learn. All I can summize is this place must be a money laundering operation for some larger operation. Good thing I also stopped by Blaze pizzeria next door and got one decent meal.
By far some of the most flavorful, crispy, fresh, and delicious wings me and my friend have ever had! Tiffany at the Ann Arbor location was the one who cooked and prepared our order to literal perfection! We luckily got a chance to sincerely thank her on our way out- because good god it was the best chicken wings known to mankind! Truly! I see a lot of posts about the wait time- One of the best ways to avoid the long wait times because everything is cooked to order to ensure freshness is to place your order online. The online ordering is super easy, it has all the prices, and even sections for modifications included! I HIGHLY recommend doing this for future orders/purchases. It even tells you how long until it’s ready, and it’s usually pretty accurate! I do wish and think this location would benefit from more inside seating it’s very limited and structured more as a “TO GO” setup. If they ever expand, adding more seats to dine in would help so people can enjoy their food immediately! And lastly- a friendly suggestion to the location would be to put out larger trash cans located at/near the door. I think this would be beneficial to help the employees keep the place more tiddy/ not have to waste as much time cleaning up/picking up after every guest. Just a suggestion! Overall- 5 stars! Thanks again to Tiffany for putting so much love, effort, and care into our order! It was awesome and we will be back!
I ordered this today for me and my dear brother. All i wanted some Cajun fried and Hawaiian chicken wings. I asked for boneless wings, but the dried flour makes it feel like bone chicken wings. Cajun fries gave me a heart attack with the amount of salt, and the wings were drier than ashy skin. Fries were shaped like toenails, which gave me suspicions. Never coming back!
Photos were taken at 11:30. At 10pm no mobil orders were allowed and the phones weren't be answered.
Never Again! How can french fries be overcooked and raw at the same time?!! They made it happen.Lemon Pepper wings were bland and pretty much tasteless and all of this after terrible customer service and a long wait time. I don't like having to give reviews like this,but I needed to warn potential consumers. Won't spend my money here ever again! A ball of lettuce would have been better. SMDH!!!
Burnt the fries! Tables dirty! Half the ranch! Carbonation out in sodas. Workers rude.. etc Go to b dubs for sure!
My experience was superb and the food was great. I must admit Mike who greeted me when I came into the store gave great customer service and very nice. It’s so hard to get good customer service but Mike went above and beyond. I believe he said his name was Mike or Michael. Kudos to him and I will be back soon Parking: Parking was great
