Extremely disappointed. I took my lunch break to go pick up food. I ordered a number 8 per the screen, the gentleman asked it it was the tender meal, I said “no the 3 piece big box meal” he told me it was a different number so I said I want the 3 piece big box meal whatever number that was. He proceeded to ask what I wanted to drink, I told him I wanted brisk. He repeated himself “I asked what you wanted to drink” I repeated “I want a Brisk”. He told me they don’t have brisk. I responded that it was out here on the menu, I suggested it get updated since things didn’t seem to be right. I pull up to the window, the woman working was so pleasant and polite! But having already used my lunch break waiting to order and drive back, I quickly glance in the bag, it looked right, only to find out I was given tenders. I’m extremely disappointed in the service. I tried calling three times. Was disconnected twice and put on a long hold the third. It’s frustrating to repeat yourself, be told your wrong, and still end up with what you said you did not want. I gave two stars only because the woman taking the payment was so nice.

Don't waste your time/money, every time I eat here and the other location in Ypsi it's terrible. Old/cold chicken/fries. Soft drinks with no ice and no carbonation. I keep giving them more chances, and they keep disappointing me and making me sick. I can't even blame the employees anymore, at this point I think the owners are cutting every corner they can to save on wages/food cost. Go anywhere else.

I mean, it's an understaffed fast food place so don't expect amazing stuff. Definitely check your food before you drive off though. they literally forgot my chicken and gave me mashed potatoes I did not order, lmao

The workers were very friendly, and they took my order very quickly. I was the only one eating in there the whole time. I'm not sure why. I enjoyed the food, but I missed seeing people inside. I would go back.Food: 4/5

Good food but the doors were closed so I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through line. They also forgot the biscuits that are supposed to be part of the bucket meal. Not happy about the biscuits.

Stopped in to order some chicken, the price menu board said one price but the order taken said the prices had gone up? I'm pretty sure the State of Michigan says you have to use the posted prices not what what you think the new prices are. We left without making a purchase.

Tables were dirty, staff were friendly and helpful. Chicken was dry, but tasty.Food: 3/5

Used to be a reliable location, now the food takes forever, and comes out cold. Last 4 times I’ve been here I’ve been told “we are out of everything”. Like if you’re out of everything and don’t want to make more food for customers, just close down the store.

I normally give grace to those working with the public because it is difficult dealing with do many personalities, but this place really needs to be shut down or at the very least a pop up health inspection. There was only 1 person in front of me when I placed my order and I had to wait over 30 mins for my food. I wasn't upset, but as I waited I witnessed food being picked up with hands, employees never changing gloves handling money, then handling food. The rudeness of some of the employees to the customers just asking a question or trying to place an order. I checked my order even though I watched them bag it up and it was wrong. I went back to the counter and showed them my order was wrong and they put the food I picked up and opened back in with all the other food instead of throwing it out. The only reason I kept my food was because it just came out the fryer so it was fresh and properly handled. But I won't be going here any longer

So…the commercial that showed the new nuggets is a sham. Like all commercials. The nuggets are super tiny. Pffft. Half the size of McDonald’s. Sigh.
