My favorite place in Kelowna by far! Always amazing people and the food is DELICIOUS! Always go for the fries, burgers and the skillet cookie - trust me, it's worth the drive from the States just to eat there.Food: 5/5
I ordered wings with Korean sauce with sesame and it was pretty good; I ordered wings with some thai lime sauce and I found that a little too sour. I also ordered an appetizer and it tasted not bad but it was $16 for such a small portion.
It was my first visit. There to play Trivia. Our server was run off her feet with 15 tables but still managed to provide fast and friendly service. I feel bad that I don't know her name. The food we had, nachos and wings were really yummy. The Pink Lemonade cocktails were very good. A solid experience. Will definitely return and hope it will be a repeat of tonight's delightful experience.
If I could rate zero I would. We walked in and asked for a booth. The host said sorry the booth is only for bigger tables so we went in and sat down where ever they put us. Upon looking around the room there were two tops in 4 other booths the same size. Server never even came to our table till after 10 or more minutes passed. No quality check. Had to track the server down if we needed anything and when we left the booth we wanted was still empty but apparently we couldn’t sit there. Shouldn’t you be trying to accommodate your guests so they return. Well we won’t ever be returning.
Their wings are great, I enjoyed their ceasar salad with extra dressing and the drink was ok but would have been really good if was able to get what I wanted to order which was their peach bellini but I guess their blender wasn't warmed up enough to work properly. was nice, and the bartender was apologetic
Go to spot for wings in Kelowna. Really great deal on wing nights which are Sunday and Wednesday half off with drink purchase. Other food on the menu like sandwiches and fries are good too. Staff are always really nice and there isn't too long of a wait from the busy wing nights I've gone to. Will be coming back.
We enjoyed a casual dinner at Wings on NY Eve. The service was outstanding, thank you Britney!! Our table had a few food allergies, Britney provided all of the allergy information for us with a smile,. Wings were amazing as usual! Dietary restrictions: Allergy sheets are available upon request
Really good place. The new owners really changed things for the better. Great specials on Wednesday and Sunday. Service is great. Food is great. Selection of wings is far above other places and the taste is too. They do get busy though so reservation might be nessesary.
It’s unfortunate that I had to pay $8 more for something I can’t control. Me and some friends went out for wing Wednesday & I was told that I would have to pay $18.50 for my wings while everyone else was only charged $10. Being celiac is already hard enough and being charged almost double what everyone else is paying is ridiculous. You would think by this day and age restaurants would cater to dietary restrictions. To top it off our server was also super unfriendly until it was time for us to pay and hardly checked up on us while we were there. Save your money and go to tonics for wing Wednesday.
Went for a couple drinks and some wings on a Wednesday. Arrived at 9:15pm, noticed the sign said closed at 9pm which seems early in the summer. Walked in, place was 40% full. Asked hostess what time they were open until, she said 10:00 but last call might be 9:30. We we're cool with that, she sat us. 9:40, last call, 4 tables still sitting. Waitress reassures us to take our time, no rush, so we felt comfortable. We paid up at 9:45. 10:00 hits, I have 1 sip left and partner is finished. But Captain Bartender finds it in himself to walk over and tell us "We've been closed for an hour and it's time for us to go". I was taken by surprise. Closed for an hour? Why'd you let us in at 9:15? I told him we we're actually leaving after this sip, which we promptly did. Our server watched and apologized. What an unnecessary thing to do but to leave a sour experience for a customer. Well it's going to stick. Message received. We won't be back. I love to support local, only reason I went, knowing how hard the past years have been on restaurants. Supported this place 5-6 times this year. Good luck.
