Matt the manager was fantastic. Made sure we were taken care of because we were running late for the PIGS Pink Floyd 2023 Tour at the Kelowna Community Theatre. The key lime pies were delayed so they were complimentary. The Hunter chicken with mushrooms was exquisite. As always the Rainforest salad was second to none. A little disappointed they stopped serving calamari, but many other great choices on the menu. Our server was amazing. Cannot recall her name, but a she resembles a young CHER. Highly recommend. Best food ever and the staff were pleasant and attentive.
Cactus club was amazing in food ,ambiance and service. Shayla our host was friendly and competent.We were not expecting such yummy offerings in Kelowna. My salmon was moist and tasted heavenly.We tried quite a few things on the menu and all were tasty.The view of the lake and surrounding mountains adds to the total package.I totally recommend this place.
Server Ali was great. Food took a long time to get served though - he said there was a delay at the steak station, after about 50 mins of waiting. He did offer dessert on the house but we were too full and not really keen on the desserts. Had the 4 mushrooms steak. Asparagus was tough, steak, which I'd asked for medium, was more medium-well ie overcooked, but the mashed potato was good. Drank a Frosē, which is basically frozen rosē, I thought, which was ok. Sis ordered the crispy tofu bowl, which came with rice. Was too spicy for her. If she'd been told it was spicy I don't think she'd have ordered it. Niece had the fried chicken strips. It was ok. She had to swap with me sis cos the tofu was too spicy. The avocado and kale salad was ok though I thought not enough avocado. The chick peas were deep fried and drenched with curry powder, which I thought unique but weird. Overall I would say it's so-so.
Had back to back amazing dinners here on a bachelor party trip to Kelowna. The manager Shawnee was fun and playful as I let her choose my drinks and meal. She even took a picture with us! The bowl and cocktail were amazing. Would recommend if you’re treating yourself by the lake!
Excellent service, fantastic views and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset dinner over looking the harbour.
Great restaurant! Big place with a great waterfront view! Food is delicious! Highly recommend the Butternut Squash Ravioli dish if you enjoy pasta and seafood! Good service! Pricy but worth it!
Fantastic eatery! The kind where you would land up eating at even if you went on a full stomach! Each dish we ordered was exotic and absolutely delicious salmon, butternut squash ravioli, zen rolls,garden burger, impossible burger the orange slushy cocktail would be an instant favourite of perplexing who love tangy taste. Great heart of Kelowna location, lots of seating, nice ambiance, busy on weekends, friendly staff makes all efforts to make sure you like what you order and enjoy the experience. I would give 6/5 stars if I could!and am well travelled but this one was top notch. A must go in Kelowna
Food is consistently good though a bit pricey,. Atmosphere is lively with a good mix of customers. Service can be a bit rushed and chaotic asking how everything tastes before anyone takes first bite. Drinks are pricey unless it is on the happy hour menu. Check the bill, I've been charged full price at times. Edit: had a great lunch yesterday, Julia made sure everything was perfect and didn't make us feel rushed.
Yummy food! Great location overlooking the water! What a great vibe, good music and crowd. We went on a Friday night during the dinner rush. They don't take same day reservations but our party of 8 2 tables of 4 were seated within 25 mins. Currently they are taking a max of 6 people to a table, servers are masked, plastic screens between booths. Everything in kelowona closes at 10 currently. Our server was amazing! The service was fast and recommendations were great! We enjoyed everything we ordered especially the tuna poke bowl, ravioli and the peanut butter crunch dessert! Will definitely go again!
Cactus Club provided a magnificent atmosphere to enjoy some cocktails and tacos with a friend. We tried the Baja Fish tacos and they were delightful! Very flavorful and a lovely presentation. We also indulged in some Bellinis
