Stayed there and was not told before I paid that the a/c was broke. Room was 82 degrees with the fan blowing. I called the front desk and was told to crack the window open. The windows don't open.....Very disappointed. Left that night without even staying. Tell your guests before they check in that something like that is broke. Room was also kinda dirty. I recommend staying at Comfort Suites down the road. It's cleaner, the same price and the staff is much nicer. Don't stay here.

We checked in late after a long drve. We had to sign an agreement that the air conditioning didn't work, or find somewhere else to stay. But, we "could open the window". The window was blocked to open 3 inches. Besides, we were adjacent to the freeway on-ramp. Noisy. Nice rooms, clean, spacious. Good parking. Poor customer service. Charged our card $50.00 per day more than the check in rate. Their explanation was that it was in case we made long distance calls. "You'll be refunded in a few days". Should be illegal.

Have gone downhill a little. AC was not working. Make sure you don't get room 210 or 212. The front door will keep you awake all night.

They were completing updates bit rooms we're warm as a result. Otherwise a lovely stay.

The entire stayi from beginning to end and was pampered and pure luxury!! Hotel front desk was awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. A most surprising and unexpected nuance was waking up to divinely scented lavender sheets! The breakfast was HOT and YUMMMY!! Especially enjoyed the biscuits and sausage gravy! .......AND Coffee....OUTSTANDING!! Very handsome, uniquely chiseled cowboy, chauffeured us in truest gentleman fashion to the airport!! LUV THIS PLACE.... will return soon! Thank you BELLISSIMO! Elle Papillon
