I had the worst customer service experience at this location, the seller was not helpful and disrespectful. She (the seller) treated me with a clear bias and had established in her mind that I was irresponsible, she assumed that I was buying alcohol for my sister who was clearly shopping from the grocery store and not the wine store. She insisted that she could not "guarantee" that I was only shopping for myself. After my experience today, I recommend going to LCBO or the wine rack at Sobeys.

My experience with the service at this particular location has been poor. The manager is has no customer service skills or people skills in general. She comes across annoyed and rude. I would make the trip to the Lcbo to avoid her.
