I don’t know if this is normal operations procedure as it’s never happened before but everyone at this location is always friendly and great except Silvio! One evening at 8:58pm Silvio a staff member who’s on the older side and wears glasses closed the doors and shaked his head no as I was trying to enter the store with 2 minutes remaining to shop for what I already know I wanted. I work locally and it’s not issue as majority of convenience stores have items now but good customer service goes a long way and staying open until end of operating times. Thank you!
Great location and friendly staff helping you with wine selection
When buying 2 bottles of wine I asked for one to be put in a sleeve so they wouldn’t bang together. The response was “help yourself”. So LCBO employees don’t even bag for the customer? When is self checkout coming?
Excellent selection and staff! Lukas was particularly helpful and friendly making sure I was well looked after. Will certainly return!
Had one bottle of my needed liqueur. The rest got broken in an accident on the weekend... Hey.. beggars can't be choosers I guess.
