Accidentally grabbed wrong bottle, tried to return same-day. Told that you can't, they're not taking returns until August because of the strike. The place is empty. Customer service -1 / 5. Absolutely stupid. Three employees standing at registers with no customers. Thanks, LCBO -- the last month has really shown me whose side you're on, and it's clearly not the taxpayers you're ripping off.
The staff are really friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the staff at the cash register are easy to deal with and friendly talk too. Also very helpful and offered me an empty order to carry out my purchases.

I had a very poor experience; she treated me as if I were from another planet. Her name is Elena, and she discriminated against me and my sister. I didn't have my IDs with me, but I showed her a soft copy of my ID. However, my sister had hers, so she said I could do transactions. But Elena started arguing with my sister and even mentioned that she could refuse service to people like us in her store. She said many hurtful things, and her body language was awful. I felt ashamed that she harassed me and my sister. I believe action should be taken. I work in retail, and the customer service we are supposed to provide should be exceptional, which was not the case here. As a respected Canadian citizen, I expect action to be taken. Thank you very much.
