I phoned the day of to take a sight seeing river cruise. The person on the phone stated that tickets were available to purchase at the river. Get to the river with my guests only to see no one at the booth. I was able to ask someone on the boat why there was no one at the booth for them to tell me it had been cancelled an hour earlier. They had to explain this to several people after stating no one purchased tickets, all the while people are continuing to ask about tickets. No impressed.

Great service, excellent concept/ tour, good vibes. Would highly suggest this to anyone looking for an exciting time. Michael and Brittney who work on the boat were so helpful with my needs!

The cruise itself was good, but unfortunately the audio history commentary was so quiet (it seemed to cut in & out as well) that it was impossible to hear.
