We discovered our flight was cancelled Saturday due to snow at our connecting flight in the USA. We were suppose to arrive the morning of the ship's departure. Our agent, Ruth, was contacted by her staff at home on her day off after we contacted them. She worked for the next 3hrs to find us an alternate flight. We left a day earlier on the Saturday and spent the night in Miami and made it to the boat on time. The vacation was great. Thank you Ruth.
