Windsor Nails

Horrible job' crooked, uneven, diff lenghts smh and attitude when I brought it up . i didnt pay 50$ for a sloppy ass job never again will i be going there . This is why i dont get my nails done horrid jobs like this , wish i could post pictures of my nails n the details im talking about .

I've been going there for a while no and every time I go the nail technician completely butchers my nails, not only are the ruff with the filling and the clipping everytime I leave the Salon with air bubble viable in my nail polish 🙃 I had a regular full set acrylic which costs $30 but when I went to pay I was told it was $39 basically $40, I would never recommend this place to any of my friends ever

Completely blown away with Windsor Nails at Tecumseh Mall. The lady who did my nails from the beginning was being completely rude and obviously just wanted to go home for the night. As she was doing my nails I already seen that the nails were not being done properly not to mention she cut my fingers 4 different times. When it was almost time to put the color on, she asked what color? Which, prior to this.. She had helped me pick the colors i was getting so i showed her the design i wanted from a picture on my phone, she still continued to ask "what color?" I said, "I want this" and pointed to the picture again. She asked " U want design? Its $8 plus $23 for the nails so $31".. I was confused because I have never paid that much before for my nails to get done, or $8 for a design (which was only 1 line of glitter) so i asked "it"s $31 even though you just cut me a bunch of times and didnt file them properly?" She proceeded to push my hand away from her in a very snotty way, and yelling at me telling me that i should not have been moving so much and that it is my fault that she cut me. All i said back to her was "excuse me?" And she continued to yell at me in front of everybody there and told me to leave (while my nails still are not done). By far the worst nail experience i have ever had

Thank you for taking your valuable time to review. Olivia Barber and Deanna Eglin: for Shellac we give 2 week warranty, free repair in that 2 weeks. Normally Shellac and OPI gels can last 3-4 weeks easily. We bought the highest quality products available on the market. However to err is human. The technicians, working long hours may have mistakes here and there; sometimes it was not even their fault; that's why the warranty. Please continue to help with your honest comments.
