Eastside Nails & Spa

I went to this salon only because my usual place was booked out completely. I would prefer to give one star but gave two because the young woman who did my nails was very friendly. I had a shellac manicure done. I will never go back as the place is so unhygienic. There is no staff uniform. The instruments used didn't seem to be sterilized. So I asked that my cuticles not be cut. The nail files were filthy. When my nails were cut, the clippings were just thrown on the floor. How disgusting. The "massage" lasted less than a minute. It was some cheap hand lotion. The whole process was very rushed. The drying was not done properly so the polish was very uneven when dried. I can not recommend this nail salon. You can get serious diseases from non-sterile equipment. It's not worth the risk.

sometimes people only write a review when it's a bad experience and never take the time to write when it's a positive one because we are so quick to complain. I have been coming to Eastside Nails for a few years after having been to many other salons. nothing beats the experience I have had here. having an actual conversation with the staff who speak to you and treat you like a friend and after many years like family. never have I received so many compliments on my nails. they have always done a beautiful job and I am very picky with my nails. the staff are very friendly and introduce customers to each other to make everyone feel welcomed and like friends. the salon has always been very clean from front to back with scented candles lit. always a clean table and clean towel before starting my nails. many people are quick to complain when hiding behind a computer whereas if you just told the staff your complaint and what you'd like done they would have easily and happily corrected to make the customer happy. the staff has always asked me if everything is ok and if i was happy with everything before leaving. I have never had a bad experience and truly enjoy my time here receiving pedicures shellac nails and facials. sometimes it's nice to read reviews first but this is a salon you must experience yourself first to believe and not based on reviews alone.

Would never go back here my fingers are covered in cuts and I felt very pressured about leaving a good review the owner did my nails and there are not good exspecially for the price I paid I defiantly would not recommend

such a clean place !! loved how friendly and welcoming everyone was ! very fun and happy people ! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Super cute and very clean place! Techs are fabulous and they were extremely acccomadating. We were in town for a wedding and they moved appointments around to accommodate our group of 4. I highly recommend this place!
